Cancellation Policy
Looking forward to providing you an exceptional hair service!! I respectfully ask, after making a hair reservation, if any changes need to be made regarding the date, time, or any service modifications, please notify me as soon as possible! This is to provide ample opportunity for others needing my services, to fill in the time that had been reserved for you! The cancellation fee for any cancellation 48 hours or less from our scheduled appointment is 60% of the service cost. The cancellation fee for any no-show or less than 24 hour notice, is 100% of the service cost. I appreciate your trust in my services, and look forward to continue to provide quality services you can trust in the future!
